We have started a battery install with them on 11/17/25. It is now 3/31/26 and we still don't have a finished working battery system. This is due to lack of communication and broken commitments on behalf of Amy and Tony Trammel. They don't return calls or follow up when they say they will. Paperwork is sent with no explanation. I can look past parts being delayed, not an issue. The first day of install, the workers didn't show up until I called. They were supposed to arrive by 9 am, came at noon. Just overall frustrating and still no idea when the batteries will actually be functional. I would

Solarite has been a complete letdown. The solar battery that was supposed to reduce my grid usage has never worked properly — instead, my house keeps running on utility power and my bills are higher than ever. I reached out to Solarite multiple times, but their support has been slow, dismissive, and unwilling to actually fix the issue. This feels like a waste of money and trust. Save yourself the stress — do not go with Solarite. Their system doesn’t perform, and their customer service is even worse.

It's good if you have enough roof space to put enough panels up that can produce more electricity then you consume. If not, it's just another bill to pay. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn't have. No reflection on Solnova but now I'm paying more per month then what I was paying before solar. If I could sell the system and pay off the loan I would but can't . Just not worth it... Better off buying a back up generator.

My experience with Sol Nova was great from the salesman EJ and Oscar to the installation and the damage to my home doing the storm they were on point and worked everything out with no delay. What' I am having issues with now and no one said that I would receive 2 bills. One from Sol Nova and one from TXU or I would never have signed up. I would never have signed up for 2 bills I thought that solar would work and I would get rid of the additional bill. Now I pay around a 140 to Sol Nova and anywhere around a 100 to 140 to TXU. More than I was paying to TXU without Solar. No one at Solnova will

I have had no issues with Solrite since everything was installed. Jarom, our rep, was excellent and there was one issue that popped up and it was resolved immediately. I wasn't even aware of the issue, they told me about it, walked me through it, and fixed it. Battery backup works great. Came in handy 2x's we had grid outages. We've saved anywhere from $50-80 per month on our previous electricity bills. All around, we're happy!

Living in a place where there’s practically always sunshine, solar makes sense. Solnova was good to me through the whole installation!

The installation people were really good. The Electrician Josh is the greatest and has great knowledge of how to make it work. He is highly dependable and comes all the way from Fort Worth when needed with no questions. I recommend him above all I’ve met.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
