  No words can say how frustrated I am with these people. Never answer the phone have a power generator that's been sitting in my garage for the past 2 months waiting for the guys to install all I get is excuses and no solutions. Don't recommend these guys at all. My system went down they never sent anyone to help me had to call customer service and reset the system myself.

  "I had a terrible experience with "Your Solar Liaison". They promised me a top-quality solar system and excellent customer service, but what I got instead was a total disaster. After paying a large deposit, I waited for months for them to install the system, but they kept delaying and making excuses. When they finally did install the system, it was poorly done and did not work as promised. I tried contacting them to fix the issues, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful.   I take great pleasure in writing this review. My solar system was installed in December 2022. I started having problems in 2024. The company which installed it went out of business. Since that time three companies tried to repair it, without any success. These companies all had one thing in common; they all wanted to be paid in advance. I guess they were aware of their incompetence. It was my good fortune to come into contact with Mr. Adrian of ‘Your Solar Liaison’. Their first concern was not the cost of the job; it was let’s see what’s went wrong here. After two weeks and a couple of visits,
