Its one and two star share is 30 points above the typical installer in the Little Elm area. Across Texas, 58 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Slow and faulty installation, bad customer service, when I called and text about the problem (half of the panels never worked) many times, but no answer.I would not recommend anyone.

Do not get any solar installs done by this company their new management is very inexperienced and do not know how to install solar properly and do not understand how to follow the NEC code book!

  • 1★ · around October 2025

Not a good company to choose with solar panel installations, they left anchor points on my roof which caused a leak into my house after installing my solar panels.

Ali has a great team at 1 Solar solutions. He personally ensures that his team creates happy customers. A big shout out to my project coordinator Nayab. She is smart and has been on the top of her job always. I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking to go green with solar energy.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on HomeAdvisor and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
