    Horrible Horrible Horrible Service, and Communication. I honesly cannot believe any of the other reviews about customer service. Surely they are fake. The name of the person i dealt with is Kerry. Unprofessional responses, lousy apologies and just bad service.ANSWER THE PHONE. i ordered this cooler on July 20, delivery july 28. The day after the initial delivery date on the 29th, called them To figure out where the cooler is as tracking says it hasnt been sent. No ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THE ENTIRE DAY. Left a message.     I purchased 2 55L coolers with the 193kw power supply. One is still running fine. One stopped working after about 16 months. I thought it wasn't taking a charge. Just put on a shelf and almost forgot about it. Normally only need one cooler. Decided I might as well take it apart and play with it. Normally charged while installed in cooler. Inserted charge cord and display came on indicating 90% charge. Could not get it to turn on with cable connected. Sent email to tech support but they dont understand my explanation of my issue. They suggest I take a video and upload it on YouTube. I haven't f

    This company has THE BEST customer service! When you buy their product and have any issues, even after the warranty expires, they will attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Great communication and outstanding service!

    ACOPower is a great company to work with. Ordering was super simple and their customer service was there every step of the way. The Tesla fridge we ordered is amazing! Overall very happy.
