Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Pomona area. Across California, 783 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 266 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Pomona area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Pomona area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SoCal Solar Panel Cleaning Company is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

First time user, called for an appointment, they asked about my system, a small 12 panel array, single story roof, easy access, quoted $125, seemed a little high but ok. They get here do the work, maybe working for 10 minutes, and charge me $225!! Won’t be calling them back.

I also wanted to share a small piece of feedback. During the cleaning, some dirty water splashed onto blankets that were air-drying and our outdoor fabric sofa. I completely understand that some splashing can happen, but I think it would be helpful to check for items like this and use protective coverings before starting the work. I hope this feedback is helpful, and thank you again for your service.

Very knowledgeable and quick service. Henry took his time to explain his process and brought to my attention some mistakes that the installers did. I will be using this company again. Also want to thank Susan as well, I believe she was the one that set up the appointment quickly for me. Thank you all

Service was excellent, easy to set up and they were right on time. I could see an improvement in panel performance as soon as they finished.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • Google also lists this company under gutters, house cleaning and pressure washing.
    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
