ALIVE Solar & Roofing

Each mark is one company we hold in Escondido whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. ALIVE Solar & Roofing is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Rude costumer service a guy with a silver Tacoma Gave us a hard time . I Wouldn’t work with these people at all . It’s a silver Tacoma , the owner of that Tacoma shouldn’t even be trusted with your company’s car you should see all the problems he causes . I’ve been here longer than he ever has so i don’t know who’s the bigger liar here. I would be proudly to see that video of someone getting stomped ‼️‼️‼️

I had an extremely unprofessional and deeply frustrating experience with Alive Solar and Roofing. I started this project with a simple goal: to have solar roofing and batteries installed in my home. Initially, I didn't need to spend anything, but I followed every one of their recommendations before we could even proceed--upgrading my electrical panel, removing the HVAC unit from the roof, upgrading the roof, and even going with their recommended HVAC contractor. After investing a significant amount of money and trust, when it came time for them to do their part, the situation turned into a nig

We got the quote and the numbers where off. My wife starting asking questions as to why the cost difference and Adam told her she was too cheap. Needless to say we didn't use them and went with a unique solar company.

Alive installed our roof and solar system several years ago and did a wonderful job, both product and service. I was having performance difficulty with my solar warranty service company (nothing to do with Alive). I reached out to Jeremy at Alive, who had a contact with the service company and within the day was able to get things addressed and then within 3 business days Alive was assigned the repair and the job completed to get my solar back in business. Alive is truly a customer centric business throughout the organization

REASONABLE PRICED, PROFESSIONAL, & TRUST WORTHY! I recently expanded my current solar system by adding Tesla PowerWall and 4 new panels. Alive Solar & Roofing did an amazing job from the very moment I contacted them. Carol J. Bryant was full of details and guided me to make the best configuration to meet my energy needs, all while making sure I don't pay extra for unnecessary expansion. David and Jeremy also were amazing support and engineers. They everything needed, including obtaining city permits and made the process completely painless - they did all this while I was travelling overseas ma

As a realtor, my vendors are everything to me as my clients and I depend on them. Alive has bent over backwards to make sure I am taken care of, time and time again. I couldn't recommend another company more.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

“find any of that in our portfolio. Since 2010 ALIVE has been raising the bar in the…”

Its website also mentions financing, warranty, free estimate and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
