Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Escondido. Across California, 517 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 104 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Good price but you get what you pay for. Contacted them January 1st, 2022 as the monitor indicated that the system was not producing. One of the employees tried to be helpful and troubleshoot via text which did not resolve the issue. However, the owner asked me to stop texting and leave a VM on the land line and now it's April 2022 and I still have not received a reply. Today, a roofer told me that I had several holes in my roof where the panels were mounted, which explained the leaks during hurricane Hillary storm. I’m working to get an estimate…To be continued… Finally got the roof fixed for

There should be no stars available to describe the service of this company!!! I am at my wits end with them! It's absolutely ridiculous !!! We bought.. bought not leased our system from them! They installed it and life went on- I was actually happy they installed it in 2018 and I wrote a review then! Since then, an inverter has been replaced, optimizers have gone out and have been replaced; however, when they say they're coming to replace it, they just show up!!! or call and say were in the neighborhood and can stop by... no appointment!! Who runs a business without making appointments for ser

GC Electric installed a solar system at our house 5 years ago with a 10 year warranty. Install process was good. But now the system stopped working this month and the the company refuses to come out and fix the system. Do not use this company - after the install is done they will not support you ever again and you are on your own.

the work was done well and efficiently. It did take some time to schedule the actual installation even after the roof was replaced.

G C Electric was efficient, transparent in their pricing and work, great pricing, excellent workmanship, and well organized. After hearing about unpleasant experiences from other companies, I felt so grateful and lucky that G C Electric took care of us from start to end, with upfront communication on everything.

GC came in with the absolute best pricing for a solar and battery system for my home, they didn’t try to upsell and were professional all the way through. Would highly recommend them.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
