  Hadleigh was a pleasure to work with, and performed all the external troubleshooting steps very competently and with clear communications. He confirmed that the relevant circuit breaker would trip with excessive load, but couldn't find a loose connection that would explain the intermittent outages (which was clearly documented in the paperwork I gave him). However, the same can't be said for the back office, who misrepresented the application to me of Baker's outrageous $750 charge for a diagnosis if the problem is not related to Baker'sinstallation or materials.   On 7/8/26, Baker sent tech Josh, to do an inspection of my Carrier 4-zone home air conditioner, which had twice shut itself down. I provided Baker with the lockout error code that the system sent me. Josh was personable & professional. He did the inspection and told me that he would send me the estimate via email. On 7/10, I had not received the estimate, so I called Baker to have it sent to me. I received it that day. It indicated that a PCS condenser fan motor replacement was needed ($1116 est), but it gave no explanation of what brought the tech to that conclusion. On 7/14, I called Baker t

  Called twice - talked to an AI and booked a Tesla charger install for last weekend. No show. Called day of install and a person told me they’d get a sales rep to call back same day. Never heard from them.

  Our solar was reconnected without any issues, but charging a former customer $1,200 to reconnect solar after our panel upgrade felt like too much. It took less than 2 hours. The office had said it would be $750 if it took less than 2hrs.
