    Beware. They are ok, until your roof leaks. I have a roof leak due to a broken tile under the panel bracket. It's been weeks, and they keep on promising that someone will call me and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, nobody did. Since then, it rained hard, so I have a lot of watermarks on my ceiling.

    Our experience with Solar Symphony has been extremely disappointing. In 2021, we purchased a solar system with battery backup—an investment of over $40,000—based on a recommendation from Southern California Edison. Unfortunately, the company responsible for the app used to monitor and control the system went bankrupt. Since then, Solar Symphony has offered no viable solution to restore access or functionality. As it stands, we have no way to monitor the system, control the battery backup, or adjust any settings. Despite repeated outreach over the past year and promises of a fix, Solar Symphony

    Solar Symphony is the worst solar company to work with. They sold us a system with battery backup through a recommendation from Southern California Edison and when the company who made the App to monitor and control the system went bankrupt, Solar Symphony found no solution to fix the situation. We have a solar system with no way to control the battery backup, monitor the system, or change the settings on the system. Solar Symphony has completely washed their hands from the problem with no solutions. I would not recommend them for solar solutions to your house. Buyer beware of this company!

    Did a clean install at a great price! However, service after the fact is slow and hard to get a hold of anyone. I finally was able to have my issues resolved, thanks to Billy!

    Solar Symphony has a great representative name Fady. He was detailed and goal oriented every step of the way. He made sure I received a Tesla 3 battery for my solar panels. I am saving energy to my own battery!!!

    My family couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Fady took the time to explain the process, never made us feel rushed, and was always available whenever we had questions. Now that our solar system is installed, we’ve seen a big drop in our electric bill, which is exactly what we were hoping for. It’s nice working with someone who actually follows through and keeps their word. I definitely recommend reaching out to Fady if you’re thinking about going solar.

    Fadi and fernado, best people, super professional, they know how to speak, and know how to use there words. They have helped us to get information in order to get solar panels, they helped us and gave us super simple and easy step by steps. This Company is Great!
