    Buyer beware...they installed my solar panels 10 years ago and I am still having issues with them, specifically Lee Smith, and getting the proper paperwork submitted to my town for for sign off on my CO. I have already needed to pay out of pocket to extend my permit to avoid penalties and I now need to pay for someone to come and sign off on an Engineering Letter. My town has also tried to get the Letter from ASP, but Lee Smith has been given them the runaround.

    I get at least 2 calls a day from their solicitor (I beleive from Pakastan) This is no way to gain business . It's invasive, rude & annoying. If I ever wanted to change solar companies, this would be my last choice.

    I purchased a system off of them. A few years back I was looking to update it. They promised me they would look into it and help me right away. It has At least a year and a half.... of Patiently. .....calling them once a month and they still have done nothing for me . All of them at American Solar Partners Lee/ Arron/ and Richardo have lied to me and strung me along for over a year. Warning, they cannot be trusted and their promises are worthless. I also had a problem with my monitoring system. It took them 9 months for them to stop by and fix it. Again, do not trust these people. Their word m

    I have solar panels with them and when I got my electric bill for the month I noticed I was being charged for electric. I called Oscar their technician and he went above and beyond with service to fix my problem. I couldn’t be happier with ASP and I would recommend them for Solar panels.

    American Solar Partners installed our Solar system and did a terrific job on the installation, handled all the paperwork and stood behind everything they did. They are excellent!

    Sad to say the company has failed miserably. I had a great installation process 5 years ago. I was one of those customers who fell through the crack during a trying period for the company. I am glad that the company resolved the problem and made me whole on their own.
