    March 2026 update: Unfortunately they don’t pay for their referral program. My friend got his solar installed 4 months ago and they have yet to pay me. New York Power solutions was great at installing my solar panels. They helped me throughout the entire process, answered any questions I had, and their prices were very competitive compared to others. I'll gladly choose them again for my next house or recommend to friends.

    The price was attractive and the only good thing. Communication is extremely slow and bad. Been waiting 5 business days just to get a site survey scheduled. I can only imagine service post sales. There’s many solar companies out there. No need to put up with them.

    Unfortunately project never moved forward. Went through the process and signed paperwork twice. Despite reaching out there is seldom a response. The city I reside in can be challenging to work with but I question the veracity of the statements made by this company as well. My last update from them was that they would be refiling permit paperwork and that we should expect some progress (stated February 2023). Emailed them and received no response regarding this specific matter. Checked with city permit office and new permit application was never filed. This process began in March 2022. If they

    The installation itself was ok. Though they drilled a hole in the wrong place, they sent someone to fix it a little later. But they promised a referral bonus if I referred a friend. I do so and their installation was completed six months ago and I still didn't receive my bonus. I contacted them several times and each time they said the check was in the mail, but nothing. And now, they don't even respond. Update: they did respond back eventually (I think because of the one star review I had given) and I got my referral bonus. Upgraded to 3 stars as a result. I still think it would have been bet

    I had an excellent experience working with Power Solutions from start to finish. I was referred to them by my neighbor, and I’m especially glad we worked with David, our salesperson. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured at any point. It was a refreshing change from the typical sales experience.
