Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the New York area. Across New York, 137 of the 247 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 104 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Recently, my property’s solar panel maintenance company went bankrupt, so I called several local businesses to get repair quotes. I found this one on Google with excellent ratings and decided to give them a call. The first time I called, the representative told me to send pictures of the setup and my location, which I did immediately. Before hanging up, he promised to provide a quote the next day. When I followed up the next day, the same representative told me it was a holiday and that he wouldn't be able to give me a quote until the following Monday. That was understandable, so I waited. I had an absolutely amazing experience with this solar company! Their technician was truly outstanding and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to me piece by piece and made sure I completely understood what was going on with my solar system. What impressed me the most was his dedication. He remained in touch with me throughout the entire process and continued following up until everything was fixed and properly in place. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved. It is very rare to receive this level o

I had been searching for a solar company for months before deciding to move forward. Then I found Ben from Solar Mentor, who offered a much better solution for my flat roof at a great price. Their reviews were excellent, and now I understand why. The crew was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. They left the work area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Solar Mentor to anyone looking for a reliable solar company.

Highly recommend Solar Mentor! They delivered the best ROI and design aesthetics for our multi-family building. Ronnie navigated the NYSERDA process to secure loans that fully funded our project. Installation was fast and professional, with zero disruption to our property. We couldn't be happier with their expertise and service

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
