Its one and two star share is 14 points above the typical installer in the Apache Junction area. Across Arizona, 27 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Apache Junction area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. APS Gila Bend Solar Plant is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Diane, that handles customer service situations is incredible. I wish I could give her a 5+ stars as she deserves nothing less. She is thorough, friendly, and knows the importance of following policy and procedures to help ensure (we) the customer have a great experience and that's exactly what she did for me, flawless. Thank you Diane, and to whoever trained Diane. Continue to advocate for us and keep up the good work. I appreciate you whole heartedly.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“What are the system costs and financing options? What are the different panel types?”

  • Warranty

“installer about their workmanship warranty and whether it covers your roof. The…”

  • 24/7 availability

“The following phone lines are open 24/7: Main Line (602) 371-7171 or (800)…”

  • Bonded

“list to help get you started. Are you bonded, insured and what’s your BBB…”

Its website also mentions better business bureau, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
