    I was hoping this was going to be a positive moving to solar, unfortunately it has not. At first I was telling everyone about Helio now I make sure I tell everyone not to use them. Once they got installed they didn’t care anymore. My panels have not worked right since June and I have still not heard back from them for someone to come look at them. Please do not use Helio save yourself the headache and money

    This is an update of a negative review I wrote about 18 months ago (which I cannot find now). The program is not allowing me to improve the number of stars, but in my opinion, it should now be a 4.5. I hope they read this and can fix it. While the initial install was rocky, in terms of scheduling and communication, the company later hired in Debbie Albright, who seemed to become their voice and seemed to be able to drive deliverables and smooth lines of communication. I believe had she been with the company when I first signed the contract, I would have been able to leave a 4 or 5 star review.

    I have had a good experience with Helio Solar Power. The initial meeting went well and he answered my questions. I received a thorough explanation and drawing of the proposed system for my approval. The installation went smoothly and looks good. I’m happy with my system. Thanks

    Each person I dealt with from this company did as every customer hopes they would which was to exceed expectations. Highly recommend.
