I called this company a week ago with a promise that the will call me back. After 4 days I called again for a contact request with a second promise of a return call. Still no call from Sunsent Solar. I’m sure there will be better nearby solar companies to work with. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

I previously had a great experience with Sunsent for a solar installation, but my experience with their battery installation was very disappointing. From signing the contract to receiving final approval to use the batteries, the process took over six months. Approval from the city alone took more than a month. Despite being assured multiple times that Sunsent was in weekly contact with the city regarding permitting, this turned out not to be true. It wasn’t until I contacted the city directly that I learned no one from Sunsent had acknowledged the city's response about an electrician to sign o

We placed a deposit with SunSent in July 2025 and as of November 14th they had not filed for approvals from the HOA or STL County. They told us they had approvals, but we found out different when we attempted to verify. Update: SunSent assigned a new fellow to handle our account and after several weeks of further delay and us taking responsibility for the HOA approval, they managed to get back on track. We are now scheduled for install On December 22. System was completed by year end and we will get our tax credit-thank goodness. Installation was planned for two days, but ended up taking four

In 2023 Sunsent did a large solar install on my home. As part of that contract a production guarantee was included. The install fell significantly short of what was promised. Sunsent has acknowledged this fact. It's now 2026. Two years after they were informed the install did not meet the contractual obligation. I've been in contact with them nearly every month in the meantime. Every month I was assured that they would remedy the situation soon. No less than 4 promised install dates have now gone by without anyone showing up. The 6-month long approval from Ameren expires in a week. Eventually

Arta was an exceptional collaborator. She offered valuable insights and knowledge about solar panels and the numerous benefits they offer. I wholeheartedly recommend Arta to friends and family without any reservations.

I highly recommend Arta Cavazos with SunSent Solar! I’ve referred my clients, friends, and people I know to Arta because I know they’ll be taken care of. She is knowledgeable, professional, and does a great job of making the solar process easy to understand without making people feel pressured. If you’re considering ways to save on your electricity costs, I highly recommend reaching out to Arta with SunSent Solar. Having someone you can trust to guide you through the process makes all the difference!

We had an excellent experience with Sun Sent Solar, and we especially want to recognize Liz Almazan, who was absolutely instrumental in bringing our project to successful completion. When our battery installation encountered inspection delays and complications, Liz stepped in personally, took ownership, coordinated the required corrective work and re-inspection, and followed up persistently with Ameren until final PTO approval was received. Throughout the process, she kept us informed and made us feel that she was personally watching over the project and advocating for us. Liz combines excepti

What the company says about itself

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
