    DO NOT RECOMMEND: poor leadership and communication of people that work for this company. the representative Should learn how to respect people and others. If i had someone work like that for my company and i found out they were treating people with disrespect like that in a public standpoint i would immediately fire them especially with wearing ARP gear and driving a ARP Company TRUCK.

    My system was installed (incorrectly) on April 28 &29, 2025, months after the initially agreed upon date of November 2 &3, 2024, it took another two months to get the installation corrected on July 3, 2025, then the system failed on or …

    They cannot be trusted. They have the worst level of support / service I have ever experienced. We have been trying for a month to get repairs on a couple of solar panels. They have scheduled an appointment 5 times and 5 times have not showed up. It had gotten to the point where I had to reach out the day before to confirm they were still going to show up. Then, I had to contact them the day of when they “missed” each appointment and no one showed up. If you try calling the phone number on the website, no one answers, and you cannot leave a voicemail because the “voicemail box is full”. This j

    You will not find a better solar installer than ARP. They have installed 2 systems for me and their installation and customer service cannot be beat. I have dealt with many different contractors at my home, and I have to say the experiences have been 50/50, good vs. bad. ARP provides the absolute best consumer experience. Their prices are very fair, they do what they say they will do, and doit when they say they will, and their installations are impeccable.
