Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Ohio. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Great experience, Heidi is such a great resource and walked us through the entire process. Would recommend over and over.

Mh3 did a great job on my ground mount setup. Great communication before and during installation, and overall a very orderly job. Electricians they worked with were top notch and gave me additional confidence. Micro inverter set up they use is very slick and data provided at a per panel level is interesting if you’re into that. Very pleased with how things went and would recommend to anyone.

This is the ONLY solar company to use! They hit it out of the park in all aspects o their business -- outstanding in their technical skills, incredibly hard-working (my neighbor compared them to Amish workers!), dedicated to excellent customer service! They stay in close communication, and they coordinate with all the necessary contractors (electricians, gas, we got a generator and EV charger too) -- all of whom are just as hardworking and careful. I can't say enough good about them!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions family owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp, ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
