Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in the Cleveland area. Across Ohio, 47 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 124 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Cleveland area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Boundless Power Systems is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Ian at Boundless Power Systems is very professional and his customer service is top notch. His company stands behind their service and products. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service, extremely well thought-out plan and immaculate installation all add up to a seemingly “bulletproof” system. Our Airstream 27FBQ had the factory off-grid upgrades. While adequate for keeping the fridge cold between RV parks it couldn’t really do much more. After consulting with Ian and having his company work their magic the only thing limiting our travels is our imagination. Our most recent getaway had us tucked into forests for 9 days with limited solar and plenty of rain. Zero issues. Did what we wanted, when we wanted. Boundless installed 600 Ah Epoch batteries, 2 additional solar panels (for total of 720w), and new Victron equipment (charge controllers, solar controller and shunt) in 2025. We picked up the trailer in December. The work is neat, and he gave us multiple options where appropriate. I actually wish I hadn't previously purchased Zamp panels (prior to working with him) - his recommendation on Rich panels I see now as common. He also was able to make our battery box work, even though it required cut-outs for our jacks! We just got back from a 1.5 month trip to SD/ND with several boondocking campsit

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
