    Trying to source a wholesale supplier. Jon was very rude asking “if I’m serious” because I didn’t look at their website. And that solar panels “work on the space station and on the ground” because I want to be an informed seller and have test run installed on my house. This is a very unprofessional company. Jon is the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. I wanted to build a relationship.

    Several reviews said the same thing I experienced and wish I had read the reviews first. Everyone I interacted with had the same level of rudeness and impatience. It is all about making the sale and if you don’t agree with their suggestions, they make sure you know you are wrong. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sorry I wasted $500 for their design work. They did not produce a working carport design I asked for but still charged me.

    Sales guy is rude, short, not very helpful. He said i couldnt design and install a system myself. 4 weeks later system online. Dont buy from them.

    Their customer service is meh at best....I paid them to design my system. Their first design had 2x the panels to that would physically fit on my roof. The 2nd redesign put 2 of my panels 9 inches from my chimney, which would've shaded them all day. The 3rd design worked, but they sold me 5 extra 14 foot long rails that weren't needed. I called one day when I had a question about installation and their response to me was it should be self explanatory. Really regretting going with this company, they had the best deals and best selection but their employees need some training on customer support

    Sunwatts is a total pleasure to work with. They were efficient, explained all the options, and helped me get everything going from the permits to the installation. I was able to build a system with them that meets my specific needs with support from everyone at SunWatts. Thanks!

    Alright. We all know that paying a monthly PG&E bill is insane at times. With 4 kids and valley heat… I would rather live in a 90 degree house or bundle up all winter than pay PGE all my savings. I’m so thankful for my POC Nicole and all her knowledge because installing solar has changed everything. The install was seamless. I’m so thankful for Nicole for helping us pick out a design and helping us with the delivery. Life. Changing. I highly recommend to everyone!!

    SunWatts was wonderful to deal with and we love having the solar power. We saw an immediate lowering of our power bill.
