  Received a quote for $4200 for a system I can purchase for $$1200 - 1700 elsewhere. Gotta love the pink tax. I also had to call back multiple times to get the quote, turns out the salesman didn't even pay attention enough to get my name correct.

  Not happy right now. We purchased a 2930-48 Dankoff pressure pump right around a year ago, and the motor fried. No issues with the impeller getting hot, as they totally warn you about, but the motor itself. Trying to get help over the phone or email has been nothing but slow, and lack of action on getting the issue resolved. In fact, we have been without water pressure since early last week. See, BWS, apparently is the authorized vendor for Dankoff and everything goes through them first. So you wait. Then you send more pictures, then you wait, cause hen they forward them to the vendor, then BW

  My home is off the grid. I’ve been shopping with backwoods for decades and they never let me down. They are also trusted advisors. I just purchased a new, simple hydrometer. Works like a charm.
