Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Idaho. Across Idaho, 14 of the 50 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Idaho, on one axis
Each mark is one company we hold in Idaho whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Radix is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I purchased solar panels back in November. I was told they would be installed by the end of the year so I could claim the tax credit. This did not happen. In fact, they were not installed until the end of February. So, I ended up owning $2,000 to the IRS instead of getting money back. It is now April 17th, and the inspections are still not done. I still do not have functioning solar panels 5 months later. I was told the process would take 2 to 3 days. I was also told that we would get a $14,000 tax credit, but the reality is that you cannot get more back than you owe. I only owe $11,000 in tax

Called the number posted on Google, sent me to Arizona. Lady on the phone was nice but told me she would have one of the brokers from IF call me, 1 week has gone by and nothing. So I drove to their office, Thursday at 11h30 am. Door is closed when the hours clearly say they should be open. Highly disappointed in this company's customer service. I will find a different provider.

Tate and the company have been amazing. From the minute he first came to my house he was nice and professional and informative. I’m so happy with the work they’ve done. It took a little longer than expected but they were in constant contact updating us every step of the way. I am 100% happy and satisfied with everything and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is interested.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
