Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Santa Rosa area. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 85 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Santa Rosa area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Bella Hem Solar, Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Peter Kim is an absolute treasure. He introduced me to solar energy and has been by my side from the start. He is a delight to work with. Peter is dedicated, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, caring , and supportive. I have texted him with questions and concerns. He is immediately responsive and quickly resolved my issues. I trust him implicitly. I am so grateful for all his hard work on my behalf. Respectfully, Donna Poulter

I wholly endorse Peter Kim and this team for a quality product delivered. At every point of the process I was informed. Friendly service from the installation team done right the first time was the end result. I will refer them whenever I can.

We had the pleasure of working with Peter Kim. We referred all of our questions to him and he answered every single one. He was very good about responding promptly and professionally. I will definitely refer him to family and friends. All costs were up front and the whole process was truly easy. Looking forward to seeing a much lower SCE bill! Bring on the SUN!

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
