Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Hemet. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Hemet whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Best Class Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Mr Andy Padilla and his wife Mira are two professionals that are highly knowledgeable in their field. Mr Padilla displayed a focused approach to his task along with a work ethic that clearly reflected his ability and skills that can only come from his passion for his profession and the results of his achievements. . It was a good find to discover this company and having them install our solar panel system turned out to be a very good thing. The entire install was done smoothly and in a timely manner. All inspections passed without a hitch. And we are now enjoying our first experience of the ad

I had an excellent experience with Best class energy! Andy is awesome to work with and I was impressed with every step of the process. Super punctual, professional, friendly, fairly priced, and gets the job done right! It has been over two years (2022) since they installed my solar system on my ADU and I haven't had any issues. No leaks at all and the system cranks! On the other hand, Tesla completely destroyed the roof of my main house in 2021 by completely skipping 2x4s and drilling and mounting brackets directly into ply resulting in drywall damage throughout and at least a dozen service ca

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Family owned

“LESS! A t Best Class Energy, we are a family-owned and operated business, valuing…”

  • Years in business

“of your project, big or small . With over 10 years of experience, we've navigated…”

Its website also mentions warranty and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
