Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in Hemet. Across California, 467 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 535 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This is the worst company in the world!!!! Whatever you do, do not trust them or have any work done by them. Multiple promises said and none kept. Finally got my system installed, but wait, damaged my property and vehicle. Had to change the plans midway through install for "unforseen reasons" but never specified. Thought everything was Finally done and got permission to operate. 6 months later and having massive discrepancies in what the Tesla app shows system is producing and what im still being billed for. Only been getting a $10/month credit from edison and now have a $322 payment for the s

Extremely Disappointed – Incompetent Installation & Non-Existent Support I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your solar installation. Working with Current Home has been an absolute nightmare of poor workmanship and zero accountability. From day one, our system has failed to perform anywhere near its rated value. At absolute peak conditions, we are lucky to get roughly 75% of the power output we were promised and paid for. Getting Current Home to address this issue was an exercise in pure frustration: Unresponsive Customer Service: Countless emails, texts, and phone calls went completely ig

They grossly underestimated the amount of panels needed. We actually pay more now with solar (cost of panels+electric bill) in a year than we did pre panels and still have to keep the air at 80. It’s crazy. We tried to reach out multiple times to the company after to see what went wrong and possibly adding a battery. They completely ghosted us. Never received a return call. It’s like once they make that initial sale, they don’t care what happens from there.

I am submitting this complaint to formally document ongoing and unresolved issues with my solar installation and service, as well as what I believe to be misrepresentation and poor post-sale customer support by this company. My wife and I entered into a contract with this company for the installation of a solar energy system, which included solar panels and battery storage. Throughout the sales process and at the time of contract signing, we were explicitly promised that our system would be monitored 24/7, and that if any issues arose, they would be identified and handled immediately by the co

Elaina Crawford was so helpful! Excited for my solar system!

The microconverters for some of my solar panels were not reporting the production. After attempts to correct the problem remotely, Current Homes sent Sergio out to analyze the situation. He checked the system, located the problem and fixed it. He then took the time to explain it to me and showed me a couple of trouble shooting tips for the future. He did an excellent job.

First of all, we are pretty sure that current homes is who was needed to complete our solar project. Rob gave us all the details. He was very knowledgeable and knew everything that was going on with tequila watts and the usage of the energy. He was such a great guy I enjoyed him thoroughly. Me and my wife was kind of sad to see him go. He was like a breath of fresh air the whole evening time just flew by talking to him and learning all the hins and out of solar. He is a great asset to current homes I would suggest you guys keep robbing around a long time. He’s good for the company. I can’t wai

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under insulation.
  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
