  Solaredge inverter down twice in 4 years and it take at least 2 weeks after report for replacement. I have to check weekly on the app to monitor the the system since it's down often and take time and wait for replacment. Solaredge send out the replacment unit but Electrical hold the unit a weeks before schedule for replacement.

  Electric-Care has been a blessing of a service solar company. There are to many Solar companies I have dealt with trying to service my solar that have been unresponsive or just don’t care. They nickel and dime you to death. These guys care and communicate! I would highly recommend them!!!!

  I called requesting assistance with troubleshooting an existing solar system installed by another company and Alex, the CEO, was extraordinarily generous with his time and expertise. It is rare that someone will help you without some eminent possibility of business. Alex was knowledgeable and patient and it is testament to his good character. If that is what the leadership of the company is like, I would not hesitate to do business with them.

  I had solar panels installed by someone else and couldn’t get help on an issue I was having with Enphase a couple months ago. I found Alex online and he came out to help me. I’m so glad I found him. He pointed out a few things that I needed. One was the outlet that was installed by my handyman for my ev. It was a washer/dryer hookup and I needed an ev outlet. He had one of his electricians come out and it was a great experience; fast, friendly - the whole 9! FASTFWD to today, I’ve been having charging issues with my car and I contacted the service team at my dealership, Audi support and SCE an

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
