    I had Bliss Brothers install a nearly $100000 solar system several years ago which I was told would cover 100% of my electric usage. At no time has the system covered 100% of my usage. After months of being told the system was functioning properly, a repair team was finally sent to my home. What they found was damage to the system do to squirrels. I was told by the repairman that any time solar is installed on a home with trees nearby, squirrel guards should always be installed. At no time during the design or installation process was this mentioned. I was then told by the owner that of course

    !!!BEWARE!!! They will put a lien on your property/house without telling you anything about it! (We only found this out when we tried to get a construction loan). We had the most horrific and stressful experience with Bliss Brothers!! Not only did they under sell for our energy needs (not enough batteries) but also over charged us on our system and lied on what our monthly payments will be. They were very incompetent in the system installation, as well as not properly installing the electrical cord in the ground (they said it had to be buried 2 feet under ground but ended up just laying it on

    BEWARE!!! This is probably the worst experience I had with a company in 20 years!!! Very unprofessional and no one knows what they are doing. Plus they lied and charged us an arm and a leg. They left us without electricity for weeks, sold us the wrong product (then blamed us for choosing it) and over charged us. When they came to try to fix our system, the techs had no clue what to do, (they were not even trained on our system). I had to figure things out on my own. They just Take Your Money, install and run, pretty much no support!! Shocking that they are still in business.
