Solera is one of the most disorganized "over sell, under deliver" companies I've ever worked with. From start to finish their crew never lived up to what the sales person sold me; nor in the timeline that I was told it would be completed in. I have 55 acres that required two separate arrays (across 3 COOP meters). On both installs the crew didn't come with the required tools to complete the job and even had to ask to borrow our equipment to do so. On the second install, they didn't bring the right materials ordered to install the panels and underground conduit to the meter; so they had to leav

Worst decision ever! Micro inverters always out, calls and texts never returned, told we needed 36 panels only got 26 and not being reimbursed for loss production! Very unreliable!! Our electric costs are now as much as our house payment!!! DONT'T RECOMMENDED WHAT SO EVER!!

I passed a blue Toyota Corolla company car on 60 near Rogersville and witnessed the man driving SCROLL Facebook. We passed each other multiple times because he would slow down and I could look down from the passenger seat window and see his …

Ryan with Solera was very good - communicated throughout the whole process, was easy to get in touch with and kept us updated!

Did a good job with the reinstallation of my system after roof replacement and getting it working again.

They took over from the company that installed our system that went out of business. Always courteous, professional, economic, and responsive. I highly recommend them! Ryan helped us when we were faced with the company that installed our system going out of business. He helped us when we needed a new roof due to hail damage. Coordinated the removal and reinstallation of our system, and at a fair price.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
