Its one and two star share is 9 points above the typical installer in Missouri. Across Missouri, 35 of the 114 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I havent even gotten the system installed but was at the contract signing phase. Horrible communication from John. Talked to john once and after follow up he didnt respond for two weeks. Gave benifet of doubt and decided tk still proceed. After he sent a contract i asked a question. Weeks without replying. Still havent heard back from emails or texts. During the process recommend them to two other people but due to customer service i have nulled those recommendations and recommend that you do the same. If this is how they respond to potential customers that are about to sign contracts then thi

Avoid these scammers. Had them put in a system for my home. Nothing but problems through the entire process. They managed to complete it in 2018. Hoped I would never have to contact them again but unfortunately my system is no longer …

My experience with Solar Solutions was one that has helped my family financially. They state that they don't do business unless it makes sense for the customer and it's true!

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
