Each mark is one company we hold in Kansas City whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Ecovole Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  You make a call and they say they'll return you call. I emailed them with no response even though they said it's faster response. My solar is turned off and they have to turn it back on, but are being unresponsive. I also referred a friend to them to get solar. They said they paid for that, and I had to do so much work to get that referral money. It took months. I've having another company monitor my system after this. Please work with a company that is responsive. Edited: It costs $350 to get the solar panels looked at, even if the problem is covered under warranty. I don't understand this bu

  Our installers were polite and professional. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up when they were finished. Unfortunately the admin people did not provide the local utility with the required 3rd party inspection. Without the inspection our panels were just decorative ornaments on our roof. For six months! They did not respond to phone messages or emails unless another party was involved. I would NOT recommend using Ecovole to install your solar panels.

  Less than a year after instalation we have a water stain in our living room ceiling, dead center of the panels. They will not respond.

  I’ve had my system for almost 5 years. The installation went smoothly and it has been mostly trouble free. Last summer my inverter went out. I initially contacted the manufacturer SolarEdge to get a replacement inverter under warranty. They sent me the inverter and informed me if I want to keep the warranty active I needed to contact my installer and have them put it in. At the time I called the main customer line was always said to be busy, but they had a technical support option which I selected. I was actually able to speak to someone and get a tech scheduled to come out which they did and

  Decided to make switch to solar after the timed based rate program that Evergy made. The guys at Ecovole explained everything very clearly and had excellent customer service.

  I have been having problems with fuses blowing in my initial disconnect box. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Andrea the whole time. She has been very helpful getting an inspection scheduled. She is an excellent example of what the "face" of a company should be. They are fortunate to have her.
