Its one and two star share is 14 points above the typical installer in Kansas City. Across Missouri, 19 of the 114 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 156 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I purchase a system over a year ago from LifeTime Solar. This system is still not completed and runs under power. Many attempts to get this resolved and i get no response from the company. I was told additional pannels would be installed to correct the problem and that has not happend. I current am paying my electric company and the the solar company for my system. I was told i would recieve a tax credit that would offset my payment. The tax credit was not what i was told. So now we have to continue to pay a high payment. I really could use recommendations on how to get this company to provide

Started processing in March everything went ok, done all my part and here's July still no solar. Very poor communication and they want to blame other people to why nothings happening. And to talk to anyone I call reapeadly 3 or 4 times I n a row before anyone answer's. Elevate solar is on the same level.

I worked with their salesman Tony who was great. After that point it is impossible to communicate with the company. They do not answer their phone. They do not return voicemails. I was told this would take over a month. We are now 2 months in and I can't get a hold of anybody. It feels like every step of the process is 2 weeks apart. On two or three occasions I was told to be home for something and then no one showed up. Very frustrating.

3 STARS and falling fast. Let's just say I have a heck if a time getting a hold of anyone from Lifetime solar about my system . I think their initial analysis was off. I am not producing any net power and am still getting more than a meter bill from Evergy. My usage habits have not changed. Communicating with Lifetime solar is almost is bad takes numerous calls over days to get a return call. Still waiting for a return from my voice mail I left on Monday. Today is Thursday. Unprofessional to say the least.

Everything about the experience was spot on. Communication was excellent. Pallet was delivered on time, crew showed up when they said they would, installation was professional, the electrician was VERY skilled, and the system is awesome. Highly recommended!

Lifetime solar did an amazing job. They were very informative. They walked us through our system and explained things in a way that we understood and they went above and beyond to clean up.

Despite a busy season, lifetime solar was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“assessment of your project during our free consultation service. We will assess your property…”
  • 24/7 availability

“will be connected to a real-time 24/7 monitoring system, accessible through…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
