Its one and two star share is 7 points above the typical installer in Kansas City. Across Missouri, 36 of the 114 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 72 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Horrible customer service. Left countless messages and emails but nobody will respond and you can't call and talk to anyone. Find a different company.

Stay away from this company at all cost. It is also know as Ecovole Solar. It is a sham. I have had paid over 74000.00 for a 49 panel system 2 1/2 years ago and it has not worked the way as I was told it would and I did not get the federal refund they said I would get. My electric bill is the same as it was before I gotten the panels and it took them over a year for them to get them all showing that they were producing and showing up on my solar one app. There service techs damaged my new porch roof to try and resolve the panel issue on my back porch and when I called them on this they tried a

When they sold me my system they told me when the grid went down I would be down. I told them I didn't want that I wanted a battery so when the grid went down I would still be producing. I had some issues and a tech came out and they said that's not the system I have I have a grid tie system when the grid goes down I go down. I'm so upset about this. I don't lie to people and I don't like being lied to. I can't believe this even happened. They are no longer affiliated with the company that put my system in. I think I'm lucky that Ecovole cares about their customers. They said they will make it

The installation crew handled our narrow rooftop space better than I expected. They moved carefully and avoided damaging the water pipes running along the side wall. After everything was done, they walked me through the shutdown process step by step so I wouldn’t feel lost later on.

Installation crew was very knowledgeable and realized the hardware was not compatible with my roof material. They sourced the correct hardware and got everything installed. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. My customer service representative and sales consultant, Shane, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was instrumental in clarifying my questions and making sure the experience was as smooth as possible.

Update to my initial review: Thus far, we have had nothing but great luck with EnergyONE. We specifically worked with Shane, who was excellent at coordinating all aspects of the install. Not too long after we installed the solar panels, we had a significant hail storm, which although the panels were undamaged, we did need a new roof, which required EnergyONE to uninstall and reinstall the panels, book ending the new roof being installed. There was a mix up with the correct phone number to contact for the uninstall/reinstall, so out of desperation, I reached back out to Shane. Although I don't

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
