New American Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Kansas City area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. New American Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Deceptive sales tactics, completely lied about rebates and tax credits. It’s been a nightmare. Please don’t do business with them. Response: our solar is under Roy. We’ve tried contacting several people there and through the finance company and we get no responses. But you responded quickly here.

  We never received a tax break as we was informed we would. We was told we could put it towards our loan to help decrease the payment. Instead we received nothing and are left with a solar bill loan payment as much as a electric bill plus on top of that a electric bill. The communication is not the best and they take care of only the customers they want to invest communication with. I do not recommend this company for solar.

  Do not buy anything from New American Solar!!! We were sold a solar system by Brett and Laura and it has been the biggest financial mistake of my entire life. The solar array generates less than half of what its supposed to. We've been paying for the solar panels and our electricity bill. They said they would pay for any months with double billing which they haven't. We've been trying to resolve these issues cordially and we've gotten nowhere. New American Solar is nothing but hollow promises and lies. Do not use them!!!

• It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
