I contacted 816 Solar Pro the beginning of June to let them know that our solar panels weren't working. They sent out 2 technicians to fix the solar panels. Our solar panels worked for maybe an hour after they left. One of the technicians said that I should be receiving a box in the mail to fix the solar panels permanently and when I receive the box to give them a call. I never received the box. I have been calling and calling the company to try to get someone to come out and fix the solar panels because they are still not working and noone is calling me back. Now we are stuck with 15 solar pa

I got solar last summer under sold under the pretext that it would replace most of my electric bill. It has not by far. I now have 2 big bills all under a fixed income(im on disability). When I was initially sold it, i told the sales rep I was out of state to visit my family and would handle business when I got back. I got bombarded w e mails and phone calls the whole time while gone, and even after I got back if I didnt respond in a day or 2 theyd be blowing up my email and phone again. Fast forward to roof install which mine was bad, and the company they contract with is sloppy on details an

One of the worse decisions I’ve made. I bought enough panels to produce 113% (36 panels) of our usage. In the winter my electric bill is $400-500 plus the solar payment. In the summer time it’s usually in the $200 range plus the solar payment. My house has zero shading so the roof/panels are in the sun. I’ve had theses panels going on 3yrs now and it’s the same every year. Learn from my mistake and forget about solar. It’s a scam 8-9months out of the year. I started saving and showing my electric bill to people so they see first hand how horrible and bad they are. Imagine before, during, and a

Installation crew is great. The customer service is almost non -existent. Panels were installed in August. It took until October to get Spire out here with the new meters. Once that happened, nothing came online or produced anything,. It took two weeks to get a response and get someone out here. I still had one inverter that was dead, which they RMA'd. Now it's been sitting here for 5 days. I contacted them that day and still have no response.

41 panels all done in one day. The installers were very nice and professional. We had a few laughs thru out the day. They cleaned everything up, couldn’t tell they were even here. Went about my day while they worked. If they had a question they would ask. WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH

816Solar installed 25 solar panels on my roof several years ago. We have a lot of squirrels that live around our house and they ended up making a home under our solar panels and damaging some of the wiring along with the roof. It took two months of calling to get them to help get the squirrels out and, by the time they called me back, the squirrels had made a hole in my roof. It rained and I had water pouring in my kitchen. They finally helped remove the squirrels, fixed the hole in my roof, and installed the barrier around the panels. They did not, however do anything to help repair the damag

Orlando and his crew did an awesome job, we're very pleased.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

“your panels or inverters, our 25 year warranty can help you out. We are dedicated to…”

Its website also mentions free estimate and years in business, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
