  Blue Raven took a down payment from me on a project then proceeded to cancel the project and then not provide me a refund. I contacted them multiple times over several months for them to provide no follow up.

  I generally don't say anything if I don't have good things to say or without a solution. I have had Blue Raven, now known as Sun Power for over three years. Let me begin by saying the problem actually began with the installation. Against my suggestion, the team sent waited in the rain for a "lead" for quite awhile making my neighbors uncomfortable. Once the install was completed there was an inspection and we were assured all was well. Since the install I have had leaks in my bedroom, bathroom and continue to witness the damage.   I have had color panels for about 2 to 3 years now and have called to have someone come out to fix issues and not one time have I got a call back or anybody show up. Great solid but service is bad after installed. Really bad

  Lots of promises from sales, but it was sell and run. No follow ups to check on this big purchase. Just average customer service

  The crew worked through extremely hot weather and still stayed polite and focused. One technician even reminded us about roof maintenance tips unrelated to the solar system before leaving. It felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job properly instead of simply finishing as fast as possible.

  The installation crew were great. A group of skilled workers who knew exactly what they were doing and were polite and answered all our questions. We highly recommend them.
