Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Kansas. Across Kansas, 18 of the 40 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Our family are very happy customers. Would highly recommend Kansas Solar Systems! Beginning with Kipp (consultant) to Fran, David and the crew were all wonderful people to work with throughout this entire process. To start, Kipp gave a very reasonable quote Even though we were a residential customer that didn't need as many panels, Kipp provided a discount for us from the get-go. Then they was able to advocate on our behalf to get the number of panels we will requesting that was originally denied by Evergy based on our electrical use since we had just moved into the place recently. Great communication, work on solar was done right. Fair prices especially compared to some other local companies.

This is a benchmark solar company. Their project management is well-executed, with thorough planning and site visits, and excellent communication throughout. The quality of the install was outstanding. Everyone involved in the project--a straightforward 6kW residential rooftop system--was professional and pleasant to deal with. The bottom line is they deliver on price, performance and quality. All solar companies should be like this. Highly recommended.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
