  I was not impressed by the pushy sales tactics during my consultation. I made it clear from the initial phone call scheduling that I am simply wanting to gather quotes and information to plan for my project. The sales rep who came to my house was very insistent I make a decision on the spot and even commented on my career, assuming that I surely should have enough money for this project and that dropping thousands of dollars is no big deal. I found it very insulting and will not be pursuing future business with this company.

  I have had my panels for about 6 years now and after a real bad hail storm 3 of my panels are damaged. I have been calling the company every day since the I noticed and the service Dept has never taken 1 call from me. I have talked to someone on sales who keeps telling me that someone will contact me and no one ever does. So now I have 3 panels down and a poor performance and this company is not holding there part of this contract. I'm about to lawyer up to issue a breach of contact with them

  Lengthy review, but I wish I read this before starting this project. I began the process in the late months of 2024, and pulled the trigger in January. My solar was turned on this summer. It is early, so this review can only cover my impressions over the first year of interacting with this company, and about 4 months of solar production.   Jeff Nuss and his team did a great job. We hadn’t replaced the roof since our solar panels were installed 15 years ago and were worried about the process. Shinnova’s solar guys removed the panels skillfully and carefully. The roofers were incredibly hard workers who did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Roof replaced, solar reinstalled and our worries were unfounded. We highly recommend Shinnova.

  If I could give Shinnova Home more than 5 stars, I would. They recently replaced the roof on our commercial building, and it was hands down the best roofing experience we've ever had. From the initial inspection through the final cleanup, their communication was exceptional.   They did an excellent job doing my siding and my doors. Jeremy is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with and even two years afterwards I had storm damage. They came right out and fixed it. No questions asked I highly recommend if you want. Good quality product and service.
