  Worst sales experience I have had. Reps that came into our home refused to give us pricing and payment options until we signed the contracts with them. I ended up going solar with an different company that actualy took the time to go over my 12-month usage and created a system that would actually offset my electric bill. Please be aware and get more than one quote when looking for a company. This one is not it!

  SunPro was a great company. It's a shame they were purchased by ADT Solar. I started my solar journey over a year ago with SunPro and things were progressing nicely. I was constantly checked on and kept informed of what was going on. However, before they could finish my install ADT Solar purchased them. I am now on my 8th project manager, each one getting less and less involved. My current doesn't call, only communicates via text and that usually takes multiple days to get a single response. During the delay, we had to get re-approved for financing and they wanted us to pay for the increased i

  I would not recommend this solar company. First our panels have been offline since March. We asked for someone to come out and they just kept saying that they would have to call and try diagnostic. That hasn't worked and they tell us someone will come out that has been awhile. No one has called or done anything. Our bill last month was $215 this month $157. This is not cheap at all beings we still have to pay 115 dollars a month for the panels itself. .

  It did take a while to get the system installed and online, but we don't blame ADT. Two things were completely beyond their control and then we added to the installation time by requesting a battery install. Overall, they were easy to work with. Our system is online and doing great. There were a few minor problems, but the electrician had the patience of a saint and figured out where the problem was and fixed.

  Our rep, Emily, did a great job informing us about the process for getting our panels. She was helpful without being pushy, gave honest answers to our questions at the cost of not "up-selling," and regularly follows up with us. The company has been great about regular communication and updates for our panels/permits/applications, and works closely with us to meet our needs.

  Very easy to understand, and did great with explaining everything and making sure all of my questions were answered. Got a good deal and am very excited for my panels to come.
