The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Seth was great and very knowledgeable when it came to everything related to Solar. I had them do a uninstall and a reinstall, because I needed to get a new roof. I wish they would have communicated better because they ended up changing my entire layout of my panels, which I didn’t mind but was never discussed. They left hand prints all over the panels, and told me I needed to pay almost $400 do get rid of hand prints they left. I tried to come to an agreement to pay a partial of the cleaning, and never got a response back. Overall customer service was not as good as I had hoped, but the instal

BRIGHTSIDE SOLAR 10 Stars! I don't write reviews often but when a job is done right, I like to share so that others don't waste their time and money. I highly recommend Brightside Solar representative Seth and Chad were very professional and gave a clear very competitive realistic estimate. Their quote was transparent with no hidden fees. They also put up a critter guard since we've been having a pair of pigeons who decided to take up residence on our roof! Seth, Chad and crew showed up on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job was done. I can't say enough about their work eth

Brightside Solar removed and reinstalled my solar panels and my pool solar panels. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Seth and his team did sn awesome job! Seth also came back and troubleshooted a problem that I was having with my inverters. He’s really a hard working professional and does great work!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cocoa is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
