Its one and two star share is 23 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 70 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

2020 Update: Sadly, I have to backtrack and drop my rating from 5 down to 1 star. The service got sloppy, they had massive staff issues, they quit returning calls. No note. No flowers. Nothing. So, you won't be able to use them anyway because they have since gone belly-up. Kaputsky. What was once an excellent solar company has now joined the ranks of the many other solar businesses that just disappeared, seemingly overnight.

Must not be in business any longer. Not answering phone, unable to leave voicemail, not responding to email.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We started calling them the end of 11/19 for warranty work. When they did call back they would us the run around. They are no longer answering or returning phone calls. BE WARE!!!!

We have had United Solar come 9 years ago. Our solarpanels have had absolutely no problem. The best part was at first we actually got to see the meter go backwards. The solar panels cut our electric about 85 percent. We never had a leak or any issue. Then recently we needed to put a new roof put on. Again Brook came out.from United Solar and had the.panels off in a day. After the roof was done, United Solor came back our right away and put the solar panels back up. We couldn't be happier. Thanks again for having an amazing company, helping get the paperwork in for the rebates on solar. United

We originally had a different company servicing our solar panels and they were awful! I called United Solar Energy to see if they could help undo the damage and they were incredible! Not only did they immediately show up and turn off the water shooting from my roof but they also fixed the damage done by the other company, who had already “repaired” it. We will never use anyone else but United for our solar panel needs. Thank you so much for being an outstanding company with not only experts in your field but integrity to boost!

If you are looking to install or replace solar panels this is your first and only stop. These guys deliver what they promise, no hidden agendas or costs. Knowledgeable and friendly with super fast service. I highly recommend!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cocoa is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
