The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 12 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I hired Allen and Brilliant Solar to install a solar panel array during the summer of 2024 at our house in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Allen was great throughout the process. He took his time to help me analyze what size array we needed, and then whether to mount the array on the roof or on a pole (ground mount). He then gave me a price that was very competitive compared to the others I had look at the project. We agreed on a time for the install and Allen followed through as promised. He even adjusted the timing so as to do the work when I would be in town and could observe. He handled all the

Absolutely thrilled with our solar installation from Allen and Brilliant Solar & Electric! Allen went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional persistence and professionalism throughout a challenging approval process. Our neighborhood presented some obstacles, as did our north-facing roof, but Allen navigated each hurdle with positivity and determination, ensuring we finally achieved our solar energy goals. His expertise and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction truly set his services apart. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Brilliant Solar & Electric for our solar

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“and has been NABCEP Certified since 2010. He has been responsible for the…”

  • Licensed

“region. All work is performed by licensed electricians and NABCEP-certified…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical and roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Durango is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
