  Fill out the form on Shaw Solar’s website to request a quote a few months ago and never heard back. However, starting the very next day I was getting spammed nonstop from home improvement companies. May be a coincidence but it sure doesn’t feel like it. Regardless, not thrilled about the lack of customer service follow-up.

  Initially I though Shaw had done a fine job installing my solar system. However over the years the system needed repairs and service. If was difficult to get Shaw to come out and service the system and each time it was a healthy bill. When my system broke again last month I was told by them that they no longer service the type of system I have. I was rather disappointed and question the ethics of a company that doesn’t stand behind their work, equipment, and customers.

  I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. The team was an absolute dream to work with, from applications and processing, to electric and installation. Seems like everyone truly enjoys what they do and showed up in a way that made a huge home change feel absolutely seamless. Thanks Shaw!

  Shaw Solar just put in two mini split systems. The company has been absolutely amazing to work with. Joseph and his two partners for the 3 days did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Usually a company waits until the last day to clean up. They were able to answer every question I had. If you need solar work or mini split systems around Durango Colorado. Shaw Solar is your best choice.

  I had Shaw replace my old 44 panel inverter/optimizer system with a new Franklin inverter/battery system and they were great to work with. It was a somewhat complex retrofit and they were very careful and meticulous. Micah, the crew leader, is conscientious in every component of an installation. Highly recommended.
