Its one and two star share is 6 points below the typical installer in the Shafter area. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

This company is awesome. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Most of our communications were through email or text but when I actually called them they answered the phone promptly. I will be doing business with them in the future. One of my panels stopped working so I tried to contact the company that installed it, only to find out that they had gone out of business but there was a phone number for Cal Contractor Services on the web page so I called it. I told the lady who answered the phone my problem she said yes they serviced that company's solar installations and made an appoi

Cal Contractors has taken on the responsibilities of Bland Solars installs and customer service. I was so relieved to have them actually reach out to me to let me know they would be my solar repair Contractor since Bland disappeared 2 or so years ago. I want to say that Lauren is the one that called me and made me feel like I was part of the family. As the owner of Munson Electric, I give this company a solid 5 star rating on customer service, punctuality, and professionalism with the field tech. It feels extremely soothing to know I can call someone for my solar service amd they are in my tow

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • Google also lists this company under general contracting and roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.
    • It posts on Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
