  I feel misled by this solar company. During the sales process, I was given very clear promises about system performance, savings, and how smoothly everything would go. None of that turned out to be true. The system has consistently underperformed compared to what was sold to me, and the actual production is nowhere near the numbers used to justify the purchase. When I raised concerns, the company either deflected, blamed external factors, or stopped responding altogether. It’s incredibly frustrating to make a major financial decision based on representations that don’t hold up once the paperwo

  Rabid sales tactics. Did not want me to meet with competitors and was trying to force a deal. Would not honor pricing for more than 3 business days. Priced 15 percent higher than other well known competitors. Always get at least 3 quotes and don't feel pressured to SIGN NOW tactics.

  Rabid door to door sales people won’t take NO for an answer. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend. Not accredited with BBB…..BUYER BEWARE (new company offering 25 year warranties)

  My experience with CKR Solar started off well—sales was responsive and everything moved quickly up to installation. Unfortunately, after that, communication became difficult, and I ran into several delays getting my system fully operational. I also experienced some unexpected costs due to the system not working as expected. There were a few issues left unresolved for a while, but to their credit, Chris Rollit and the new coordinator, Linden, have since stepped in and been very responsive. We're now making progress, and I appreciate their efforts to get things back on track.

  Chris was able to get my solar system up and running over the phone. He could have easily sent a technician out to service the system, instead he walked me through the reset process and saved me hundreds of dollars. That's real customer service. I appreciate that very much . I will definitely use CKR Solar again.

  This company is fantastic. I had them install a full solar set up for my barn and I couldn’t be happier. I knew nothing about solar power and Chris spent a lot of time understanding what my power needs were and creating the perfect system. Chris kept me informed during the entire installation and they had it installed in no time. Works great and no monthly power bill!!!

  If you want to work a trusted solar company look no further than I had another company well known in the Tampa area. Without going up on the roof they said 38 panels it will take care of 98% of you electricity for 65,000. Chris came out looked at our house and said. I’m sorry but I can’t sell you solar because with the amount of shade on your roof at what is peak times of the day would be like a drop in the ocean. Then Chris then told me if some electrical savings I could do these were products and services that his company didn’t sell. And he followed up with an email with details on what we
