  Unprofessional and unorganized!!!! Made 1st appointment, and they failed to show up. Arranged 2nd appointment. 12 hours before they sent me a 3+ year old satellite pic, and said I want eligible.i sent them a current aerial, but their mind was made up (I think he just didn't want to come on a Saturday morning and was looking for excuses). I have two other companies that have already provided roof designs and are ready to install, so I know my roof is eligible. No regard for eating my time, so glad to give my money to one of the other many and reliable solar companies!!

  DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They said I had a warranty on my roof, if anything were to happen to it. My roof collapsed into my kitchen (where the solar panels were placed), and they said that they could not help me in any way. This was said after they GUARANTEED to provide a warranty. Thank god nobody in my family was hurt, but they easily could have because of these shady, two faced liars.

  Just had to write a review for this company because of how thoroughly impressed and pleased I am. I got my solar system installed by Clean Start about 4 years ago. The whole process was great and everything but what I was genuinely surprised with was the fact that 4 years later when I noticed my electric bill for the month of March was way higher than what it used to be, I immediately called the company to try to get some clarity as to what may be wrong. The fact that they answered the phone right away, had me send over my electric bill to further evaluate and remote into my monitoring system

  We had solar installed 6 years ago in Bergen County. Our monitoring system was down and I was amazed that they answered the phone right away and had fixed the issue within a week . If you are looking to go solar I would recommend choosing the company with the best service not the cheapest price.
