Its one and two star share is 14 points above the typical installer in the Miami area. Across Florida, 116 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 131 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★20%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Miami area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Cutler Bay Solar Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

This company did not complete installation for nearly 6 months. There were months that they did not respond to texts. The owner is never in the office so when you call, Ana will answer, and then you will never hear back. You will have to threaten them with court or reporting their license for them to do anything. When they finally installed it, it was done incorrectly which took an additional week to fix. It cost me hundreds of dollars in electrical bills which they promised to reimburse me, and then never did.

Buyer Beware If you do not want to get your money scammed? DO NOT USE CUTLER BAY SOLAR SOLUTIONS. If you do not want to be disrespected, abused, not returned your phone calls, and make you wait weeks with your solar system down? DO NOT USE CUTLER BAY SOLAR SOLUTIONS. If you do not want to deal with a condescending, unprofessional, conceded, virtually non existing “customer service”? DO NOT USE CUTLER BAY SOLAR SOLUTIONS. If you do not want to be aggravated, if you do not want to get scammed out of hundreds of dollars for a very sub-standard poor onsite job? DO NOT USE CUTLER BAY SOLAR SOLUTION

I hate to write this as my initial feedback about Cutler Bay Solar Solutions have been good, however my system has now been active since December 2024 and I can't get answers. I've contacted them multiple times as I have questions on how my system is functioning and when I do call they tell me they don't have access to my system and that I have to contact Tesla. I have contacted Tesla and they tell me I have to contact my installer, Cutler Bay Solar Solutions. I installed 19 REC 405 Panels along with 2 Tesla batteries for backup however I still get monthly FPL bills upwards of $150 which is wh

Cutler Bay Solar Solutions were great to deal with. They complemented the installation when promised and even better my power bill was cut in half! Thanks Raul!!

After being scammed by a previous solar company — something I've since learned is unfortunately all too common in this industry — I was extremely hesitant to trust anyone new. I lost a significant amount of money and my confidence was shattered. When I decided to move forward and get the job finished, I had three different solar companies come out to give me quotes. All three made big promises and told me to trust them. But Raul from Cutler Bay Solar stood out immediately — and not just because of his sales pitch. Raul was the only one who took the time to actually help me. He walked me throug

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Family owned

“We are South Florida's largest family owned and operated solar installer. With…”

  • Bonded

“Our teams are fully licensed, bonded & insured. Engineered for heat,…”

  • Insured

“are fully licensed, bonded & insured. Engineered for heat, humidity,…”

  • Licensed

“on investment. Our teams are fully licensed, bonded & insured. Engineered for…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
