    This has to be one of the worst service companies I’ve ever dealt with. Goldin Solar was lightning-fast when it came to taking my $60,000 payment, but everything after that was a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a smooth installation turned into a two-year ordeal, full of delays, excuses, and constant changes to the timeline. To make things worse, halfway through the process they increased the total cost, blaming it on rising material prices. After finally finishing the installation, the system worked for just six months before breaking down ,and that’s when the real frustration bega

    I have called numerous times about half of my panels not working to no avail. I left a service message o the website that promised to call back within 48 hours it been a week. My electricity has been through the roof on the hottest months of the year. But they don’t pay so they don’t care. I don’t know what happened to this company. They used to have great service. Now it’s non existent

    Pushy, overzealous, sales consultant who refused to take “no” for an answer, even when he was harassing a minor who was incredibly uncomfortable with the entire interaction. If I ever had the desire to go with solar, I would choose literally any other company based upon this interaction alone.

    Goldin Solar was great at convincing me to get solar, when it came to execution, it took them 10 months! Project management was awful. I would keep emailing and calling them - no updates. Then suddenly, one day the installers would show up, Without notice! At the last stage, the project was installed but for 6 weeks, they let it sit without letting me know what was going on. Apparently the PM left and no one else was following up! I had to get in touch with Darrin Goldin to get my solar turned on. The installation is ok, but felt like I was working with an organization from the 1960s selling 2

    Goldin Solar installed the largest residential solar array installation in South Florida for us. The sun now generates more power than we can use at our house. Through technology we can monitor individual roof array panel generation and consumption down to the individual electrical appliance. Self sustaining and detailed. Everything was great about the process from design to permitting to installation. I would recommend them highly.

    The technician, Allen, was excellent. He found the defective connector on the roof and replaced it as soon as he retrieved it from the warehouse. I had called in for this problem exactly 2 weeks ago. It would have been nice if someone had told me it would take so long. Your website said that I would get a response in 3-4 days. Communication is important!!!
