The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I got a system from them a few years ago. They were great. I recommended them to several friends. Now a few years later, I need so maintenance and got the runaround for a couple of weeks. Finally they called and said they would no longer service this area. They did not try to help troubleshoot or offer any help. I even offered to pay all the mileage and work time even though it was under warranty . Nothing. They said they just didn't have the ability to service outside of an hour drive. This was the first question I asked when we got the system, will you continue to service us. They assured me

We can't say enough good things about ECC! Cary is a true expert who provides the best, most thoughtful solutions – not just the same old thing everyone else offers. It's a huge plus that they service older equipment installed by others; you just don't find that kind of service often. ECC has been our go-to for years, from multiple repairs on our old battery backup to the installation of two fantastic new grid-tied systems, and they're even upgrading our original system as we speak. Our solar production has been amazing, even better than they predicted!

Called will and he was out of the office, but the very next day, first thing in the morning he gave me a call.I was having problems with the system from another company. He was still willing to help me walk through the process of resetting my inverter over the phone. I did what he said, and the unit is up and running now. Most places would’ve wanted to go to the site and charge you for the trip, not these guys,so I really appreciate them. They are going to be my go to guys from now on out,oh and did I forget to mention, I live in Raton New Mexico. they said if I had any issues they’d be willing

I first worked with ECC in 2016 to upgrade my solar system. This year I replaced that 20+ year old system with ECC. I am very happy with their advice, expertise and execution skills. I recommend them without reservation.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Licensed

“residential applications. We are also licensed as a general contractor and…”

Its website also mentions established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under electrical.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
