Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Simi Valley. Across California, 775 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 493 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

They aren’t a bank but a middle man. They funded or allowed to be funded a loan for work that was never completed. Unwinding the loan almost a year later is a nightmare. Don’t use this company.

Multiple times I had to explain why our electric bill had a balance, we already have solar and we’re adding panels this time. But the loan processors every step of the way acted like this was their first time! Having to re-explain what electric companies do every freaking time is annoying, frustrating, and makes it seem like nobody at this company knows what they’re doing as if they can’t read notes from the last person or on the account or on the bill itself where it clearly states no payment required! Glad it’s finally funded but worried we’ll continue to have problems every month paying bec

No documentation was provided up front stating the different options available or exceptions to the advertised interest rate. Every thing had to be by conversation (which is an inadequate way to inform) which created misunderstandings and also delayed the process. The process felt very bait and switch. There was no comfort level during the whole process.

The entire experience was pretty easy. They kept me updated on the progress and helped guide me through the process. The installer that they guided me to turned out to be terrible. Took them almost 2 years and many issues before they got my solar panels and battery working and generating power. Worst experience ever!

I worked with Marina and Pilar on my loan. They made the process very easy, all documentation was done electronically and simple to complete. I am very happy with the customer service I received and I definately recommend their services.

I'm a solar contractor and really like using ELN. My favorite part about their process is the hands-on care they take with each and every application. I don't always get an instant approval, but when this happens I get a call from Senior Underwriter Marina Grashel. She personally calls me to ensure we are using every avenue to help get things approved. I really appreciate the time & energy she invests helping me get clients approved.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly. I appreciate the quick response and I was successfully funded for my loan. Would definitely recommend Energy Loan Network for those looking for a reliable company.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
