Its one and two star share is 4 points above the typical installer in the Simi Valley area. Across California, 646 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 56 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I agreed to go with this installer because of the many five star reviews. I wrongly assumed this would be an indication of the service they would provide. That decision was a huge mistake. To begin with, after taking a hefty deposit, the installers took EIGHT MONTHS to install the system. Then once the system was finally installed, the city would not approve it. They had to go back SIX times before final approval. They demanded full payment the moment the City granted approval. To which I complied and paid in full. Since then, it’s been a nightmare. The system keeps exporting energy to the gri

I had a great experience with American Array! From the very beginning they were communicative, professional, and made the whole process feel effortless. They kept me informed every step of the way and the work came out amazing. It’s rare to find a company that makes something this big feel this easy. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for solar or roofing!

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
