    I still have panels that do not work. Due to the initial installation. The techs wired the panel phase to ground. Also left majority of the connections loose. They are now not honoring my warranty. Do not use this company. Company still refuses to finish the job. Array was installed with 5 panels not working. They came back a month later and only fixed 2. Now they demand I pay them to finish the job. From the owner "We do not know what the issue(s) is at this time. I must advise you that our site visits are $500 and must be paid prior to scheduling. We typically are 4 weeks out on schedule but

    I have three systems with Mega Solar and NONE of them are working, One system only lasted a few months and they charge me $750 for a repair even though it should be under warranty and never scheduled service just ghosted me or once I paid for the repair. I think they have a good price but waiting a year for installation after months of calls and dealing with the poor customer service isn’t worth the savings and then of course if the system doesn’t work you paid tens of thousands of dollars for something that’s completely useless. I really wish I could say something More positive. I hope they c

    The most unsatisfactory home improvement experience of my life, and one of the most frustrating interactions I have had with a purported business. This appears to be a fly-by-night operation. They incorrectly installed the backup system, rendering it inoperable. They lack monitoring capabilities and caused a roof leak, which resulted in months of contentious negotiations before any resolution was achieved. Furthermore, they reneged on their promise to perform remedial work. The communications I received from the owner were among the most peculiar emails I have ever encountered. The individual

    Mega gave me the best price out of the 3 quotes that I received. Their service was super. I highly recommend if you are trying to save on your electricity bill.
